El Blanco
El Blanco is the second child of sharecropping rice farmers from Southwest Louisiana. At five years old he was relocated from that region to just outside of New Orleans. He volunteered for military service at 17 years of age in 1969. He lived in West Germany from June of 1970 to December of 1973. He spent most of his life in the Gulf Coast region of the US and have lived on or visited the East Coast as far north as Maine he also travels to Mexico from time to time. He once studied music...
