E. William Bullinger
Ethelbert William Bullinger (1837 1913) was an Anglican clergyman, biblical scholar, and ultradispensationalist theologian. He was born in Canterbury, Kent, England, the youngest of five children of William and Mary (Bent) Bullinger.
