After training as an Engineer I have spent my career in Operations Management. I have worked within trhe Aviation, Publishing and most recently, Food industries. I havebecome very aware of the need to eat properly since being involved in the fresh produce business and have been concerned about the serious issues with children's weight and fitness levels.
