Daniel Harkavy founded executive coaching firm Building Champions, Inc., more than two decades ago. He and his team have been coaching thousands of leaders through this book's content in firms like Daimler, Nike, Kaiser Permanente, Chick-fil-A, John Deere, and Steelcase, to mention a few. He lives just outside Portland, Oregon, with his wife and actively serves his community as a member of nonprofit boards and a mentor to many.
