Chris Fedorka Tomalin is a retired educator. For thirty-five years she was a teacher, counselor, adjunct professor and administrator. She presently serves as a court mediator and volunteer reader for Read Aloud Delaware. She is the author of two children's books - "If I Had a Tail" and "Oscar, the Obstinate Osprey" in addition to her adult work of fiction AN EVEN EXCHANGE.
