I have been married to my husband, Jerry Beene for 25 years. We live in Shawnee, Ok. I have 2 children by another marriage.
I have been a pre-school teacher, have sold annuities to school teachers, have been a secretary at St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee. I have also sold pre-arranged funerals. I have been secretary for 2 churches.
I began writing as a young adult, yet I had a poem published in a local newspaper when I was in grade school. I was raised on a farm near Chandler, Ok.
