Carol N. Arkley
Jerome “Jay” Ralston was born on April 2, 1963. He’s the son of Lillie Hargress and George Wells. He has two younger brothers.
After graduating from Redford High School in 1981, he attended Oakland Community College. He majored in business communications. He later graduated from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts.
In 1982, Jay met Kim. After five years of dating, they married. They now have two children, Joshua and Mariah. Together, they have embarked upon the American Dream.
