Bouchard J. R.
J.R Bouchard was born in Providence, Rhode Island on April 3, 1982 at the Women and Infants Hospital. At the age of 12, he and his family of four moved from Pawtucket, Rhode Island down to Pinellas County, Florida in 1994 to live closer near his Grandparent’s on his mothers side, leaving all of friends and his family on his Father’s side up north.
