Bonnie Weaver Battey, Ph.D., R.N., completed her undergraduate work at Valparaiso University and Wagner College, receiving a BS degree in Nursing, a MSN in Nursing Education from Vanderbilt University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, majoring in Speech Communication and Human Relations.
