Blanca De La Rosa
Blanca De La Rosa’s family emigrated from the Dominican Republic in 1963. She grew up in New York City’s Public Housing, attended public school, and graduated from Pace University 1985. She retired from ExxonMobil after 34 years of service. She says that the most rewarding role of her career was serving as a mentor to the young employees—guiding them through the corporate maze.
