Blaire Topash-Caldwell
Blaire Topash-Caldwell is an enrolled member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians (Pokégnek Bodéwadmik). She is a PhD student in the Department of Anthropology at the University of New Mexico working on her dissertation about how natural resource management policy affects tribes in the Great Lakes area.
