I am a Georgia educator of 25 years, a child advocate, an innovator of educational materials and founder of a nonprofit organization. Since college I have always wanted to write children’s books. I enjoy watching children play with unsurmountable energy, and simplest of play. My passion for writing was reignited by my spirited son. We would create oral stories about his endless energy and activities and we enjoyed creating and playing word games. He always encouraged me to write for an audience. I am originally from South Carolina.
