Billy Broadwater
William F. Broadwater was born in Victoria, Texas, in 1958. In 1984, Billy began his walk with the Lord by receiving Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He became active in soul-winning ministries and worked with the youth in his church for twenty-five years. In 1988 he began working in the prison ministries teaching Bible studies at the Travis County Correctional Facility in Austin, Texas.
