Bee Berrie
Bee Berrie, from Aberdeenshire, trained as a microbiologist but swapped bacteria for baking in 2012. She established Bee’s Bakery which hand-makes customised cookies and cakes in West London. Bee juggled a full time job in pharmaceuticals with launching her bakery - baking in the mornings before work, and delivering on her Vespa in the evenings.
