Barbra JuDon, an inspiring writer and artist, reinvented herself following her retirement from the City of New York on April 1, 2010. Ms. JuDon was employed with the City of New York for 33 years in the capacity of Social Worker and Policy Planner. In her retirement, Ms. JuDon returned to her passions of writing and painting.
