Arturo Riojas
Arturo Riojas holds four engineering degrees (two in chemical engineering and two in civil engineering with specialization in environmental) and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas. Dr. Riojas has over thirty-five years of professional experience in industrial, consulting, and academic settings. It is his concern regarding the carcinogenic heavy metal—cadmium—in our water and food supplies and his interest in science fiction that have prompted him to write this book.
