Apostle J. Vernon Duncan is a leading apostle of the Caribbean region, holding two masters degrees in Agriculture Economics and Biblical studies. He is currently completing his PhD in Religious Studies with Trinity Theoogical Seminary, Indiana, USA. A competent biblical researcher, he is married to Joycelyn; they have three children.
