Annie Ranger
Annie is an award-winning author, mom, and certified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation teacher, as well as a Reiki Master.
A UCLA graduate, she blends her corporate background with her roles as a mom, wife, and teacher, helping people pause to connect and find balance in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Through her books, workshops, and sessions, Annie guides all ages to navigate emotions, shift energy and thoughts, and rediscover their inner calm, clarity, and power.
