Andy Afrouz has a PhD from the UK, postmaster and MS from the USA and a BS from the UK. He was a member of numerous National and International professional Associations including Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada and Australia. He has professional experiences in the USA, UK, Canada, France, Iran, Zambia and Namibia. His numerous internationally peers reviewed researched publications include 5 books.
