Alice Illg Borning is paying tribute again to a lifetime of sweet experiences as a baker’s daughter. Living over the bakery, she has been involved in all aspects of running the family business of the Elk’s Bake Shop. Besides her education from Wellesley College, Cornell University, and Syracuse University she is an accomplished cook and baker with professional training in cake decorating.
