Who would want to write about an illusionary deity, particularly if one has been born and raised in a religious environment where parents, school, and church constantly remind you of the all-forgiving, merciful, and beneficent deity? All through life, it has been drummed into you that one cannot live without a heavenly father, who protects and grants your wishes through prayer. And, if that does not come out according to expectation, then God works in mysterious ways!
