Sinopsis

Synopsis:

The protagonist of the epic tale "Alien Moon: Love in the Time of Invasion" is Ava, a great astronomer who sees a strange object crash-land in the adjacent forests. She soon learns that the mysterious object is really a spaceship with hostile aliens that represent a serious danger to mankind.
Ava manages to escape the aliens with the aid of a small handful of survivors and finds safety in a nearby military base, where she meets General Mark Roberts, a seasoned warrior who has been putting together an event like this for years. They come up with a strategy to counter the alien danger together.
Ava and her company develop strong relationships as they get ready for the decisive fight and are motivated to defend mankind as a whole. Ava's scientific expertise is used to devise a plan to take out the aliens' weapons and shields while they acquire the necessary supplies by storming a weapons stockpile.
Hours of furious combat are spent on each side, but Ava and her team fight valiantly and triumph, earning the admiration of the thankful survivors. Yet they continue to be on guard since they are aware that future extraterrestrial incursions still pose a danger.
An exciting science fiction book that will have readers on the edge of their seats is "Alien Moon: Love in the Time of Invasion." It is a must-read for aficionados of the genre because of its fast-paced action, well-developed characters, and pulse-pounding tension.

Balladir is the thirteenth Bard of the Elves. He bears responsibility for gathering and sharing tales that will enrich the cultural wealth of his people. This volume recounts the history of his voyage to Lagar, home of the Dwarves, where he finds an island invaded by a force from the neighbouring Starlands, a force which threatens not only to divide and overwhelm the Dwarven people, but to herald the arrival of something far worse.
Together with a handful of strangers, Balladir's skills with magic, music and blade will be called upon to aid the Dwarves. But who among this small group can be trusted? And how will Balladir balance the Dwarves' needs against his own ability to survive the political and religious turmoil erupting around them? With powerful allies on one side and violent betrayals on the other, Balladir will learn the world stretches wider and holds more secrets than the Bards before him had ever realised.
