Sinopsis

Teacher is that person in our life, who teaches us many other important things along with good education. A teacher means a lot to his students. It plays a very important role in our life from the initial stage of development till we mature. Education is very important in the life of all of us. Only an ideal teacher can show this education the right path. The ideal teacher is assessed by his character and academic ability. A student's life is incomplete without a teacher. My effort is also to show the various works done by such a great teacher for the society. Their sacrifice and duty cannot be ignored. It is also the duty of our society that keeping that selfless service in mind, special status should be given in the society.

A fine adventure set in 10th-century England at a time when everyday life in north was made hazardous by wars and shifting alliances among Saxon, British and Norse rulers. Thorstein, like his father Swein before him, is a peaceful Norse settler but brave and ready for battle when the time comes. His adventures as child and man will appeal to younger listeners, while older listeners can enjoy a history lesson into the bargain. W. G. Collingwood, artist and antiquarian, set the story in his adopted home of the Lake District, placing Thorstein's settlement at Greenodd on the southern shores of Cumbria and much of the action among the densely forested valleys and open moorland heights to the north - a much wilder region then than it is today. Ben and company make their way to Philadelphia to investigate the death and are greeted by a modern-day American Philosophical Society —and learn that they are protecting a deadly secret that reaches back through history to Founding Fathers themselves.
What was the secret that Meriwether Lewis died for?
And why are so many willing to kill for it today?

Boy meets Girl, Boy marries Girl, and years later Boy mysteriously disappears in this Gordon Lish–style novel.
The boy and the girl have been married for decades, mostly getting along as they go about their lives. But one day, like thousands of people around the world, the boy vanishes, and the girl is left to wait, wonder, and worry. Will he return? Who might she be if she moves on without him?
This is a world where every morning the cat gets fed and the coffee gets made, but also one in which God sometimes lives in the garage – she likes to sleep on the freezer – and gigantic words can fall from the sky. Not Anywhere, Just Not cracks open the small dramas of our lives to show the dread and wonder inside all of us.

"Ken Sparling is a brilliant writer and this book, like all his books, is a beauty. Sparling chronicles the times I fear most—the moments of loneliness, of loss, of ennui—and somehow makes them seem worthwhile, even wondrous, and often flat-out funny. His work makes life look livable, which makes him a wizard to me." – Derek McCormack, author of Castle Faggot
"A gorgeous rendition of the domestic uncanny, Not Anywhere, Just Not is an ostensibly quiet book that slowly and carefully unnerves and unsettles you--both because of its precise swapping out of reality and because of just how familiar it so often seems. All of us, Sparling seems to say, are on the verge of vanishing at any moment." – Brian Evenson, author of Song for the Unravelling of the World

Of Withered Apples by Philip K. Dick is a hauntingly symbolic short story that blends dreamlike imagery with unsettling undercurrents of fate and desire. In this surreal tale, Dick draws readers into a world where ordinary objects—such as withered apples hanging on a tree—take on an ominous significance, suggesting temptation, decay, and the fragility of human will. Known for his explorations of altered reality and psychological tension, Dick uses this story to probe the boundaries between the real and the illusory, leaving readers questioning what lies beneath the surface of everyday life. Perfect for fans of speculative fiction, existential allegories, and classic mid-20th century science fiction.
