Sinopsis

The Jungle by Upton Sinclair follows Jurgis Rudkus, a Lithuanian immigrant who arrives in Chicago seeking the American Dream. Instead, he faces brutal working conditions in the meatpacking industry, exploitation, poverty, and corruption. As he struggles to support his family, he becomes disillusioned with the system that exploits immigrant labor.
