Summary

Julian Brenner doesn't have good memories of his childhood home in Peach Tree, but he's moving back there for the sake of his little brother. Little Danny has already been through so much, Julian wants him to have some peace and quiet.
That isn't what Peach Tree is known for, so it's a good thing Julian is bringing some backup. At first, he hires Rob as his assistant, but maybe what he really needs is a manny.
Rob doesn't seem like the type. He's a little rough around the edges and not afraid of a fight. His protective side is what Julian notices first, but it's Rob's kindness that wins him over.
But does Julian dare to fall in love. Both men have old pain and troubled histories to overcome. Will they realize their love was meant to be?

Transgender Profiles: Time for a Change is an inspirational volume from Linda DeFruscio about the courage it takes to become the person you have always felt you were inside—to shirk off the mask that you have worn for your whole life until this moment. As an electrologist, Linda sees clients every day who are in the process of transitioning to a different gender, and she is there to help them in their journey of self-expression and the claiming of their identity.

Filled with twenty unique stories of bravery from all different walks of life, this book is a tribute to all the courageous people who take their identity in their own hands and go forth to find the body that fits the soul and mind within. For those considering transitioning, for those looking for perspective and guidance in supporting loved ones, or for those who are curious and want to understand the struggles and triumphs of transgender individuals, Transgender Profiles is an invaluable resource.

What’s more fun than dragging a politician, an ogre, a leprechaun, and a hired killer across the wastelands to retrieve a human passenger? Anything. Anything would be more enjoyable than this—even hunting hungry fiends.
Sam is questioning their life choices. Maybe it would just be easier to murder the idiots and leave the bodies in the wastelands.
But, growl as Sam might, everyone knows the hunter will do the right thing. And helping the idealistic human sovereign move his family member and closest advisor from Golding to Westhold is the right thing to do.
Too bad the raiders, hyena beasts, and giant death worms don’t seem to think so….
Tension grows, emotions run high, and heads roll…uh, literally…as Sam takes one more step away from their solitary life and toward actually caring about people—or terrifying monsters, whatever.
    Author’s Note:
I love reverse harem, but I got sick of reading the same old tropes. In my books you will find atypical characters and varied sexuality. In general, you probably won’t find many alpha males or fainting females, and relationships are more poly.
The Not Quite series are novellas (between 35,000-45,000 words) and contains the following:
    *adult language
    *moderate levels of violence/gore/action
    *graphic sexual situations
    *polyamory/multiple lovers
*LBGTQ and straight themes (the main character is intersex and will have both male and female lovers, M/F, M/M, F/F, MMMFF etc.)
*Books MAY contain mentions of abuse, unpleasant situations, etc. Please do not read if you are triggered by things like this. This book in particular has several mentions and flashbacks to past abuse.
*occasional “cliff-hangers” or lead-ins to the next book may occur, though generally at least one major plot arc shows completion or at the very least, forward progress.
*word count does not include teaser chapters or other material

A historical novel containing the interwoven stories of a father and son, each wrestling with his identity at a different time in a world full of hatred. Born amid the bigotry of the Deep South, mixed-race Joseph is a slave in all but name. Separated from his mother at birth, he yearns to run away from his loveless home and find her. It’s a journey that will take him from plantation to plantation and hardship to hardship, yielding joy, sorrow, and love along the way. Years later, Joseph’s son, Isaiah, faces his own journey: coming to terms with his homosexuality. But society is still slow to accept change, and Isaiah fears rejection from even those closest to his heart. From 1940s Mississippi to the civil rights era of the ’60s and the push for LGBT equality, the story follows three generations of a family fighting for liberation. J. C. Villegas paints an eye-opening story that will inspire readers to open their hearts to love. Though her characters face different types of discrimination, they all draw strength from love and from their faith in God. Can Joseph find the mother he has never met? Can Isaiah survive injustice and adversity? And can they each learn to love themselves in the face of a world that challenges their right to exist?“This Southern tale is filled with charm and is a beautiful journey . . . The reader constantly feels a connection to the main characters, who are fighting not only for their lives but, just as importantly, their dignity.” —Robin McGhee, co-founder and former co-director of GetEQUAL“A riveting tale of man’s struggle with identity and survival.” —PopSugar
