Sinopsis

Ask most anyone and they would say they desire honest, authentic, "real" relationships. Yet few of us experience the soul-level connection we long for with other human beings, let alone God. Fear and pride drive us to mask our truest selves, leaving us perpetually disconnected, hidden, and lonely.

God made us for something profoundly better: an open-hearted, courageous honesty that liberates us from a life of guardedness and self-protection and has the power to radically transform our approach to Christian community. In fact, it's those things about ourselves we're most afraid to reveal that lead to the kind of love and acceptance we yearn for.

This book is your call to embrace and practice heart-level honesty and authenticity in this age of artificiality. As you learn to engage your world with your soul wide open, you'll discover deeper connections--with yourself, others, and God--and open avenues for other lonely and disconnected souls to join you there.

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
The Power of the Blood is worth reading! There is untapped power in the blood of Jesus! No devil can stand the blood that Jesus shed on Calvary. Our redemption in Christ Jesus is a function of the blood He shed for us. Each time you engage the mystery of the blood of Jesus in your life, sickness and disease can’t stand you. It is an error as a church to do away with the blood of Jesus, which Jesus Himself used to purchase His glorious Church. Any church that will do that has missed it and needs a lot of spiritual help.
In this book, we are going to talk about the blood of Jesus, nothing else! We may have blood today in this world, but only the blood of Jesus is what matters. It is an enormous risk to be a child of God and know nothing about the blood of Jesus. There are some churches where the blood of Jesus never matters or gets mentioned. Pastors have stopped preaching about it! God forbid! It is scary and a reduction to the entire purpose of God’s divine plan of the blood. I believe it is time for you and me to revisit our spiritual foundations.
The mystery behind the blood of Jesus dates back as far as the blood God shed in the Garden of Eden. When Adam and Eve sinned against God, they needed atonement for them to stand before God. Otherwise, there was no way they could have even spoken to Him (God). Instead, God killed an animal and used the blood to cover their spiritual nakedness. Then, He used the animal skin to cover their physical nakedness. Shedding blood for atonement was instituted by God in the Garden of Eden. It is non-negotiable!
Get this book! You will scale greater heights of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and spiritual growth in Christ Jesus!!

How much time is enough to be with God? While it could be the 40 days or years used so often in the Bible, it's also possible that simply stealing a few minutes from the busy-ness of each day is enough time to be in Kairos, "God time." The same is true for the space needed to find God. Whether it be in a deserted place or one filled with activity, whatever space we can carve out to find God—or to make enough room to be found—is enough space. This book is about being with God in short time and tight spaces. The journey is taken through and with the Bible, 40 reflections based on 40 passages from Scripture, starting with Genesis and ending with Revelation. For the prayerful reader, it is an opportunity to carve out God-space and God-time, a pilgrimage with God, toward God.

    Finding Purpose in Grief.
Grief not only puts our loss and our own life in perspective but it also offers the opportunity to re-visit and review the meaning of our life.
Our world may seem as if it is over and we might find it difficult to find a reason to carry on living. If we can find meaning in our grief, it protects us and our health both physically and mentally.
Victor Frankl observed many times that the ones who survived the Holocaust of the German concentration camps were the ones who could find meaning. He supports Nietzsche’s words, ‘He who has a why to live can bear with almost any how.’ [1]
Deciding if someone is likely to commit suicide is deemed much more unlikely if they have ‘protective’ factors in their life, such as close family or a project they need to finish.
That is they have meaning in their life. The principle of having enough meaning in their life to consider it worthwhile continuing living is used by all those assessing someone for suicidal risk.
It is not difficult to find ‘meaning’ in our own life, to have something or someone to live for. But trying to understand ‘the meaning of life’ is a different thing altogether. Perhaps this is best explained simply by the most highly regarded scientist and the most highly regarded sage of the last century.
Albert Einstein says the aim is to stop seeing our self as being separated from the part of the whole, the “Universe.” He calls it a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Ramana Maharshi says our knowledge and identity of what we are is false. He describes our deeper inner Self as ‘eternal,’ which arises and returns to the same source.
So essentially, they both say our experience of who we think we are, our experience of ourselves as separate individuals is incorrect and that we are part of everything.
