Sinopsis

Sequel to Portal to Eden
Jacob Forrest is a genius who's neither liked nor understood. That is until he meets Dr. Peter Fairfax and falls hopelessly in love. But Peter isn't free, and Jacob takes a job three thousand miles away, nursing his broken heart. Then he learns the expedition to the planet Nibiru and the city of Eden will be headed up by Emma Bradley, Peter's fiancée. On the assumption Peter will be going as well, Jacob does things he'd never thought he would, in order to get a position in the expedition. Only to learn, once he arrives on Nibiru that Peter isn't there.
In an effort to make the best of a bad situation, Jacob allows himself to become friends with Marine Sergeant Oskar Eriksen, only to be once again disappointed. But things in Eden aren't going well, especially when other Terrans, who don't have the planet's best interests at heart, portal there. The original commanders of the expedition are sent back to Terra, and it's left to Jacob and others to keep their city safe. But with the power of Terra behind those they call the unholy trio, can they manage it? And will Jacob ever be anyone's good luck charm?

Insatiable omega king, his countless lovers, and one rough commoner who changes everything...
    King Sebastian
Something has changed with the heat. Not just my body but my soul has changed too. I can’t sleep without Jonah in my bed or touch my belly without my mind drifting to him. This wasn’t a part of my plan—I wasn’t supposed to care for this man at all, let alone crave him by my side constantly.
Rumors circle that a peasant has become my favorite lover, but nobody knows the truth. Jonah means so much more to me. Can a commoner become the king’s true mate?
    Jonah
Like wind and water, he escapes through the gaps between my fingers when I try to hold him. He’s all-powerful, my Sebastian, the god of passion and fertility, and I’m a believer now. But no matter how much I love him, I can’t claim the king as mine. Or can I?
A mere horse handler, I walk freely in and out of the king’s bedrooms, and his noble guards hold the doors open for me. No other alpha is allowed to call the king by his name, it’s my touch he seeks when he’s tired or upset, and I am the only man he’s ever begged for pain and pleasure.
Maybe I am strong enough to collar wind and water.

After a decade-long relationship with a dominatrix he called Daddy, Emerson Whitney had begun to crave something besides submission. It came as a full surprise‚ submission had been so central to his early adulthood, to his trans identity. Dizzied by new questions of control and aging, and living in a tent while his relationship ends, Emerson stumbles upon an advertisement for a storm-chasing tour. For thrill seekers, it says. Unsure what else to do, he signs up.Daddy Boy follows Emerson as he packs into a van full of strangers and drives up and down the country‚ staying in Days Inns and eating bags of carrots from Walmart and wanting nothing more than to surrender to the force of a colossal storm. We had no idea where we were going, Emerson writes, ‚ just waiting for one cloud to pop. Roaming the prairie landscape of his childhood, Emerson recalls his adoptive dad, Hank‚ unflinching and extremely Texan, and his biological dad, who was rarely around. From the van's trash-strewn back seat, and in the face of these looming figures, Emerson begins to wonder: Did he want to be Daddy now?

Bare Buttes is like any other California desert town: hot, dusty, and known best for its tourism. But unlike flashy Palm Springs or hipster Joshua Tree, Bare Buttes isn't known for pool parties or hiking—its draw is its extraterrestrial visitors.

No one living outside the town needs to know that Bare Buttes' "alien abductions" are fake, organized a few times each year by its small but spunky Performance Committee. The committee sustains just enough hype to avoid suspicion while keeping tourists interested, which is perfect for Juniper Flatts, the owner of a humble UFO-themed gift shop that she inherited from her mother. But when a series of real abductions occurs—each involving a mysterious flying vehicle not terribly unlike the Performance Committee's simulations—and Juniper's best friend and love interest goes missing, she takes it upon herself to find out who's responsible for the chaos.

Juniper's head-spinning investigation threatens to unravel the town’s carefully constructed image, and with it, the last thing Juniper’s late mother left her. By working with her neighbors to connect the dots, Juniper discovers the orchestrator behind her community's biggest nightmare. Going head-to-head with him leads Juniper to a nauseating crossroads: sell out her community, or do the right thing, even at great personal cost.
