Is Your Reality Real? Discover the Visionary Who Saw the Future Before It Happened.

Philip K. Dick was the "Shakespeare of Sci-Fi," a writer who moved beyond spaceships and lasers to explore the fragile nature of existence itself. His work serves as a haunting mirror to our modern world, predicting a future of pervasive surveillance, simulated realities, and the blurring line between human and machine. This comprehensive collection brings together his most influential novels and stories, offering a journey into the deepest labyrinths of the human mind.

Inside this monumental collection, you will explore:

The Master of the Shifting Reality: Experience "Gnostic" sci-fi where the world around the protagonist begins to dissolve, revealing a darker, more complex truth hidden beneath the surface.

The Anatomy of Artificial Consciousness: Delve into the profound ethical questions of what it means to be alive, exploring the empathy—and lack thereof—in both humans and their synthetic counterparts.

Pre-Cyberpunk Dystopias: Witness the birth of the "High Tech, Low Life" aesthetic, featuring gritty urban landscapes, corporate overreach, and the struggle of the individual to remain sane in an insane world.

Metaphysical Paranoia: Discover narratives where memory is untrustworthy, identity is a commodity, and the government or a higher power is always watching.

Dick's influence is the DNA of modern cinema and thought, inspiring everything from Blade Runner to The Matrix. Whether you are seeking a mind-bending thriller or a philosophical meditation on the soul, this volume is an essential cornerstone for any library of modernist science fiction and speculative philosophy.

In its first appearance in 1892, Israel Zangwill's Children of the Ghetto created a sensation in both England and America, becoming the first Anglo-Jewish bestseller and establishing Zangwill as the literary voice of Anglo-Jewry. A novel set in late nineteenth-century London, Children of the Ghetto gave an inside look into an immigrant community that was almost as mysterious to the more established middle-class Jews of Britain as to the non-Jewish population, providing a compelling analysis of a generation caught between the ghetto and modern British life. “It was long past midnight when at last Marguerite retired to rest"

“Money and titles may be hereditary,” she would say, “but brains are not.”

The story is set during the Reign of Terror following the French Revolution. The title is the nom de guerre of its hero and protagonist, a chivalrous Englishman who rescues aristocrats before they are sent to the guillotine. Sir Percy Blakeney leads a double life: apparently nothing more than a wealthy fop but in reality a formidable swordsman and a quick-thinking escape artist. The band of gentlemen who assist him are the only ones who know his secret identity. He is known by his symbol, a simple flower, the scarlet pimpernel. Opening at the New Theatre in London's West End on January 5, 1905, the play became a favorite of British audiences, eventually playing more than 2,000 performances.

Baroness Emma Orczy, usually known as Baroness Orczy or to her family and friends as Emmuska Orczy, was a Hungarian-born British novelist and playwright.

Lil' Cub is a small Piper Cub airplane. In this first book, the story is all about the Mercy Flight. It's a sunny day, and Lil' Cub is flying over the neighborhood looking for someone to play with. Lil' Cub spots his friend Bently. Bently is a helicopter. Bently tells Lil' Cub that he has been sent by Mr. Dispatcher to find him, as there is a very important job for him to do. Lil' Cub finds Mr. Dispatcher at the door to the hangar. Mr. Dispatcher tells Lil' Cub he is perfect for the job that needs to be done because he is small. The job is delivering medical supplies to Doc Bowing on the high desert. Lil' Cub feels honored to have been asked to do this Mercy Flight and tells Mr. Dispatcher that he is more than willing to do the job. Lil' Cub sets off on his mission and, during the flight, encounters some bad weather and high winds. Lil' Cub talks to himself and says he must keep on going, for people are counting on him to deliver this medicine. With each new obstacle that confronts him, Lil' Cub tells himself (over and over) “I can make it! I can make it!” After a very long flight, Lil' Cub comes to the place where Doc Bowing is waiting. Doctor Bowing is very happy to see that Lil' Cub has made it safely and thanks Lil' Cub for completing the mission. When Lil' Cub returns home, his friend Bently is waiting for him, and Bently tells Lil' Cub that he is a hero! Lil' Cub replies that he feels very good because even though he is very small, he was able to help many people by delivering the much-needed medicine.
