Sinopsis

Arabella Twigg is a very ordinary girl, living in a peculiar family.  She is the sort of girl that no-one notices but somehow strange things begin to happen to her as she travels, sometimes with her younger brother, back through time and history. When visiting a public house in the English village of Ombersley with her parents and brother, she suddenly finds herself transported back in time to 1651 during the reign of King Charles II and his escape after the battle of Worcester. How will she and her brother survive in these troubling times for the English Monarchy during the rise of Cromwell's army?
