  Sheikh Khalifa Al Tunaiji was born in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He received his Quranic education at the City Center of Quran under the guidance of Sheikh Ghulam Hussain when he was just thirteen years old. Known for his distinctive and powerful voice in Quranic recitation, Sheikh Khalifa also pursued further studies in Madinah with Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Akhdar, a renowned reader at the Masjid An-Nabawi. 
  In 2001, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the United Arab Emirates. Alongside his professional endeavors, Sheikh Khalifa actively participated in various national and international Quranic competitions, achieving notable success in competitions such as the local Holy Qur'an contest, the Sharjah competition, the King Abdul Aziz International competition in Makkah, and the Dubai International competition. 
  Sheikh Khalifa's recitations and teachings of the Quran are widely available in audio and video formats across the Arab and Islamic regions. Additionally, he hosts a television program titled "Celebrity Readers," broadcasted on the Arabic channel Al-Sharjah, further extending his reach and impact in sharing the teachings of the Holy Quran.
