Sinopse

Even death cannot stop true love.

Moments after they are reunited, the palace guard arrested Chelle for her part in liberating the dreaded Zabasha from her eternal prison. Meanwhile, Red inches her way through the endless snow of Helheim seeking to bring the rogue god Epialas to justice while Rose has given herself as collateral for Chelle’s temporary freedom, her fate intrinsically linked to whether Zabasha can be captured before Hell is razed to the ground.

In the Fairy Realm, Gwen and Lucy face off against a furious Nimue tasked with killing Gwen’s boyfriend before he can wage war against the Seelie Court.

    —The Real Book Spy
By the time playwright and actor Shawn Frost had won 2 Tony Awards by his late twenties, he was seen as a theater prodigy—a meteoric rise that the performing arts community had not witnessed in almost a hundred years. His work? Shakespearean in scope, character, and popularity—boundless and beautiful. His own character? Flawed.
And in a place like New York City, where failings get magnified, Shawn Frost finds that, even from the heights of artistic sublimity, no one is insulated from the demons that have caused the best of entertainers to fall from grace.
After surviving an accident that almost costs him his life, Shawn leaves NYC and the theater for the quiet, picturesque Pacific cliffs of Carmel-by-the-Sea and starts a new life as an audiobook narrator. As he rises through the ranks, narrating bestseller after bestseller, Shawn Frost once again flirts with artistic immortality.
But. As his limitless skills emerge in the exploding arena of voice arts, so do his flaws.
Then, he experiences every audiobook narrator’s worst fear: He is kidnapped by two obsessed fans, determined to make Shawn perform their novel…
    Or was he?

A Passion for Passion is a love letter to genre romance fiction. It celebrates the joyful silliness of books that are written to follow the rules.
Alice Fraser has a special place in her heart for the sweeping silliness of romance novels. The journey to reach a believable Happily Ever After can go via an unbelievable rollercoaster of intensity, through wildly entertaining twists and unlikely turns. To celebrate the unparalleled joy this genre can bring to readers and defy its oft maligned status, Alice has created the author, D'Ancey LaGuarde, the ineffably mysterious, outrageously prolific, undisputed regent of the art of romance.
Collecting together excerpts, book cover designs, character sketches and synopses of ‘D'Ancey’s’ most absurdly frivolous and outlandishly whimsical works: from A Knight of Passion to The Dragon Lord's Lady and Luring the Laird to A Cowboy Called Home, this is an exclusive glimpse into the tropes and dreams that rise like perfumed bubbles through the fecund swamp of the romantic mind, and a fulsome challenge to anyone denying the importance of joy purely for its own sake.
This book will be a constant source of solace and encouragement for romance fans worldwide, and the perfect companion to smuggle into your next ball . . .
