Sinopsis

Major Rodney Brown, invalided out of the army, finds himself in an independent section of the British secret service that deals with the matters that do not fall neatly into the remit of either the Foreign Office or the Home Office or that neither wants to deal with.This third Major Brown adventure takes him and his team on a chase against time, while his nemesis Brigadier General Tsygankov forms his team based in his dacha in southern Russia with the sole aim of bringing havoc to the UK energy supplies and its economy. They intend to do this with third party contractors.
