Summary

Frequently, businesses considered promising fail to take off. They tend to operate for a while, but close or die without reaching the point where they begin to grow and be profitable. Why?
In Super flowers, Rogelio Leon develops the concept of "the success equation" - which, as he says, has little science and common sense - from the analysis of one of the most impressive industries in the agricultural sector in three countries that are benchmarks in their production worldwide.
According to the author, successful businesses share certain characteristics that make them viable and, in addition, print high levels of competitiveness. Identifying them is the job that every entrepreneur must do. If the minimum factors of the equation cannot be identified, then it is better not to move further. The door of failure can be closer than the door of success and there is nothing more dangerous than being passionate about an idea, believing that optimism can replace what the "ecosystem" is not capable of offering.
For Rogelio Leon, the "success equation" in the cut flower industry is composed of the following factors: favorable climate, low-production costs, support infrastructure, active participation of the government in the creation of clusters and closeness to high-demand markets. Upon finishing reading the book, its readers can perform this same analysis for the activity in which they operate or want to venture. You will be surprised at the information you can build.

Welcome to The Decade Of Do – a new era for marketing and communications. Since the start of the advertising industry in the nineteenth century, it has been about telling. Now, thanks to the social media and digital revolution, everyone has a voice.
The result is a cacophony of noise where it feels like everyone is talking louder and faster. Companies, governments and the people who lead them are under intense scrutiny in a world of forced transparency where everyone has their own story to tell. It’s become increasingly difficult to separate fact from fiction.
We also face existential threats as the climate and environmental crisis takes hold. Democracy and its institutions are being undermined. Intolerance and inequality are still rife. This is why actions speak louder than words in The Decade Of Do. It’s a time when people, brands and organisation are taking on the world’s problems and trying to solve them. This book looks at why this is happening, the pioneers who are driving it forward and what this means for the rest of us.

And with the very first iPhone, Apple launched their personalized operating system for their phones, the iOS. On June 29th, 2007, iOS, primarily known as iPhone OS, was launched for the first time. The iOS was first announced on June 29th,2007 and since then it has come a long way and saw a lot of major changes too. Since the first iPhone OS (renamed as iOS later) the updates being released through iTunes software. And after iOS 5 it started releasing via over-the-air updates. Bodice rippers are some of the most lucrative books in the industry. So what if you write romance that isn’t as steamy?
I don’t know about you, but I love reading and writing kissing scenes. And I don’t write explicit scenes with sex.
If you’re the same way, then you’ve happened upon the right book. In this brief nonfiction work, I’ll cover how to write clean yet scintillating romance in ways you may not have considered. I’ll share:
    • The best piece of editorial advice I ever received (when my first publisher bought my first book from my first agent)
    • A method I like to call action versus reaction
    • How to escalate a kissing scene
    • How to use rhetorical devices and setting to heighten heat
Are you ready? Grab your pens and pencils, jot down your notes in your favorite apps, or simply allow the juicy material to soak in.
