Sinopsis
Sadie was at a pivotal point in her life. She needed a little extra money to make ends meet and, nearly two years following her loving husband’s passing, needed to feel a man’s touch. When her daughter suggested renting out her old room to a college student to address the first problem, Sadie realized it might solve the second as well. ~~~~~ PG Excerpt ~~~~~ The following Saturday, Kelly walked out of his room and looked for Sadie before leaving for his evening shift at the condo. He found her at the desk in her husband’s office. He glanced over the documents as he leaned over to kiss her shoulder affectionately. The past week had been amazing, as he and Sadie had been making up for the time she’d lost after Bill’s death. “Doing the bills?” he asked, noting her laptop was open to her banking statement. She spun in the chair and smiled up at him. He could see that the smile was a little uncertain. She got up and pushed him backward toward the futon next to the door. “Nope, I’m doing you!” she said with a giggle. He smiled and sat down on the black cushion. “I wish I didn’t have to go to work, but I do.” Sadie straddled his lap and her lips closed around his for a few moments. “And I’m going to have to go into study-my-ass-off mode again soon. The post mid-term breather is just about over.” He glanced back at the desk. “Is everything coming out in the black?” He remembered it was the whole reason he was in her house. Her smile faltered. “Close. Really close. Not much room for frills.” Her eyes found his. “Like sexy new bras.” She leaned back on her knees and grasped her big melons through her T-shirt. “When you’re this big, they don’t come cheap.” Smiling, Kelly leaned back and spread his arms behind him. His fingers squeezed the remarkably soft cushion. Then he looked back at the desk thoughtfully. “This is a really comfortable futon. Usually they are lumpy or poorly padded. Sadie nodded. “Sometimes when Bill was really rolling on a story and worked late, he’d sleep in here rather than wake me at 2 a.m. So we bought a good one.” She could see that Kelly was in deep thought, so she slid off him and looked at his face. “What are you thinking?” “Have you given any thought to renting out this room as well?” The following morning, Kelly found his beautiful landlady at the dinette with a hot cup of coffee. She was still in her short nightie. He stopped behind her and massaged her shoulders. She moaned softly and leaned forward. “Maybe you should quit this engineering nonsense and become a professional masseuse.” She moaned. Kelly smiled. “Oh, yes. I’m sure I could get lots of work from all the ladies in your church. I’m sure Megan would be a regular client.” She looked back over her shoulder with narrowed eyes. “On the other hand,” she began, and then laughed out loud. Sadie turned towards him, sitting sideways on the chair. She took his hands in hers. “We didn’t get to talk about the idea much yesterday, but do you really think I could rent out that office? I mean, I couldn’t afford to refurnish it.” His eyebrow shot up. “Are you kidding? For a college student, that room is ideal. A desk, a bed, and some decent Wi-Fi is all we need.” He shrugged. “Maybe box up some books on the shelves to make room for the guys’ things.” She gave him a sly look. “A guy? Are you suggesting that I get myself another cub?” The look on her face told Kelly she was more than considering it, but looking forward to it. He knelt before her and his hands opened her knees. She took a big breath and closed her eyes, letting the young man do what he wanted. “I think,” he began. “That you would love having two young men in bed with you. Maybe you’ve even fantasized about it.”
