HowExpert Guide to Honey Bees & Beekeeping is a great starter guide for those who are simply interested in honey bees or those who are interested in becoming beekeepers themselves. It describes the science of the honey bee itself, as well as the inner workings of each member and how they work together to survive.
The colony, as a whole, can be treated as its own organism because of how the honey bees work together to perform tasks as a social species. Beekeepers have been observing such behaviors for generations, and I would like to pass on the knowledge to others. The beekeeping portion of this guide provides a wealth of knowledge on how to start your own apiary.
Learn about all the equipment necessary for your operation, how to inspect your hives, what a beekeeper does throughout the year, a short guide to pests and diseases, bee-friendly plants, and how to extract honey and wax from your hives. All of this information can be found in this book. Just a warning, this hobby can cause one to become very passionate about one very small and fuzzy insect. It is not uncommon for a beekeeper to want to be constantly learning about honey bees.
    About the Author
Emily Helton was introduced to the science of honey bees and the world of beekeeping when she was 17 years old. Dr. Jamie Ellis offered her a summer job at the University of Florida Honey Bee Research and Extension Laboratory. Through her six years working at the lab, she grew to love learning everything she could about honey bees and moved on to teaching others as well. Emily spoke at schools, clubs, and conferences and assisted in planning educational events in hopes of reaching more people. Now living in California, Emily voluntarily teaches at the Honeybee Discovery Center in Orland, where she is also on the Educational Committee and Advisory Council.

If this doesn’t help, nothing will.

This is hyper-spatial sound design engineered to escort even the most restless, overthinking brain into deep, uninterrupted sleep.

An 8-hour immersive psychoacoustic experience surrounds you with continuous, carefully balanced sound that signals safety to the nervous system—allowing the mind to finally let go.

From the very first seconds, subtle spatial movements begin to unfold around you: tones drifting left to right, near to far, above and below, creating a 360° field of calm the brain can’t fully track… so it stops trying to control it.

And when control fades, surrender begins.

No sudden changes. No sharp peaks. No interruptions. Just a stable, immersive sound environment designed for all-night rest.

For the full experience, use quality headphones or AirPods. The 8D spatial design wraps around you, moves through you, and gently guides you into that quiet, almost magical state where sleep no longer needs to be chased.
