Sinopsis

Salvation Manual: Bible Made Easy through Questions and Answers for the book of Genesis is one of several books in the Salvation Manual: Bible Made Easy through Questions and Answers series. Like other books in the series, it adopts a questions and answers pattern in identifying and breaking down biblical truths in a way that will be easily understood and internalised. In a spectacular method of using questions and answers, it unravels every message, event, and character from all the chapters in the book of Genesis. The book consists of fifty chapters, one for each chapter of the book of Genesis. The questions and answers are placed at the end of each chapter to assess the degree to which the reader understands the chapter read as well as how much of the details of the chapter they retained.
The book makes the reader study every chapter of the book of Genesis in two directions; the forward and reverse directions. The chapter of the book of Genesis at the beginning of each chapter of this book is the first point of contact for the reader which they have to read and understand what is contained in the chapter. After that are questions from the chapter and answers at the end of the questions, with which the reader would test their knowledge of what they had read in that chapter. These questions and answers segment presents the reader with problems which points them back to the Bible for confirmation or further studies (the forward and reverse directions). The approach to Bible studies presented in this book is remarkable as it will take its reader a step above regular Bible reading to be fully grounded in the details of the events and messages in the scriptures.
The book is a tool that can challenge one's knowledge of the scripture, serve as a Bible study guide and reveal vital information that might have been overlooked or missed in the course of one's study of the scriptures.

Soren Kierkegaard was a Danish philosopher, theologian, and religious author interested in human psychology. He is regarded as a leading pioneer of existentialism and one of the greatest philosophers of the 19th Century.

In Fear and Trembling, Kierkegaard aimed to understand the anxiety that must have been present in Abraham when God commanded him to offer his son as a human sacrifice. Abraham had a choice to complete the task or to forget it. He resigned himself to the loss of his son, acting according to his faith. In other words, one must be willing to give up all his or her earthly possessions in infinite resignation and must also be willing to give up whatever it is that he or she loves more than God. Abraham had passed the test -- his love for God proved greater than anything else in him. And because a good and just Creator would not want a father to kill his son, God intervened at the last moment to prevent the sacrifice.

When It Comes to Spreading the Gospel, Relevance Is Irrelevant
    · A thoroughly biblical approach to social witness and the transformation of souls
    · Reminds us that while we have a part to play in evangelism, it is God who Gives the increase

Some fight to recover Christian culture; others abandon any hope of transforming culture. Both mindsets are at odds with the early church. The apostles weren't seeking to convert cultures but people, because God's word cultivates its own culture--the culture of the word. When the word is sown, the culture is grown. Our mission remains the same today: a stubborn commitment to proclaim God's word.

In The Culture of God's Word, Harold L. Senkbeil and Lucas V. Woodford reclaim the biblical approach to transformation and social witness. By returning to the apostles' own example in the book of Acts, we are reminded of the power of the gospel. God's word embraces broken hearts and broken lives and transforms them in Christ Jesus. The church is born of God's word and grows by God's word. The pursuit of relevance has failed. The culture wars distract from the mission. But God's word cultivates a faith that endures in a chaotic world.
