Sinopse

From Ayodhya Kand, the tale does start,

Of King Dasharatha’s breaking heart.

For Rama's coronation, the kingdom did cheer,

But Kaikeyi's demand brought a change severe.

To the forest, Rama was sent,

With Sita and Lakshman, in exile they went.

The city of Ayodhya, in sorrow drowned,

As Rama left for the forest ground.

Bharat returned and was deeply pained,

Seeing the throne, he thought profaned.

He sought out Rama, begged him to reign,

But Rama's duty bound him to the plain.

In sandals Bharat took Rama's place,

Ruling Ayodhya with a virtuous grace.

Thus Ayodhya Kand shows devotion so deep,

In every heart, Rama’s ideals we keep.

The following three topics will be covered in this book:
Martin Luther King - From 1955 till his assassination in 1968, Martin Luther King Jr. was an American Baptist clergyman and activist who ended up being the most identifiable voice and leader in the American civil liberties movement. King used nonviolence and civil disobedience to advance civil liberties, inspired by his Christian convictions and Mahatma Gandhi's tranquil work. He was the child of Martin Luther King Sr., an early civil liberties leader and clergyman. King marched for black people's right to vote, desegregation, labor rights, and other fundamental civil liberties, and he led them.
Mahatma Gandhi - Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was an Indian attorney, anti-colonial patriot, and political ethicist who used nonviolent resistance to lead the triumphant struggle for India's independence from British rule, motivating civil liberties and liberty movements around the globe. The epithet Mahtm (which means "great-souled" or "age-old" in Sanskrit) was at first appointed to him in South Africa in the year 1914 and is now used all across the world. Gandhi was born into a Hindu family in seaside Gujarat and studied law at the Inner Temple in London. In the year 1893, he came to South Africa to represent an Indian business owner in a case after 2 years in India, where he was not able to establish a rewarding law practice.
Mother Teresa - Mother Mary Teresa Bojaxhiu, typically referred to as Saint Teresa of Calcutta in the Catholic Church, was an Albanian-Indian Roman Catholic nun and missionary. She was born in Skopje (today the capital of North Macedonia), which was then part of the Ottoman Empire's Kosovo Vilayet. After eighteen years in Skopje, she went to Ireland and ultimately to India, where she spent the remainder of her life.

Brown noise could be described as the intense sound of a jet engine, a wind tunnel, or the sound waves make during a storm. While this type of sound might not seem like it could be relaxing, many people with ADHD find that brown noise helps them turn off their brain, relax or focus.ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. A person with ADHD has differences in brain development and brain activity that affect attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control.Teens and adults with ADHD actually need more "noise" to reach optimal cognitive functioning than people who don't have ADHD. This may seem counterintuitive, considering that individuals with ADHD struggle to focus and relax. But because brown noise plays lower frequencies at a higher sound level, the brain registers the sound as similar to its resting state. Many individuals with ADHD find that brown noise in particular is helpful for tapping into that sense of calm and focus they so desperately need. Some have described brown noise as a weighted blanket for their brain. This could mean that brown noise soothes the person with ADHD by calming the nervous system and restoring brain wave functioning to a neutral baseline.Brown noise is a sound that is played louder at a lower frequency. This supports rest, calmness, and relaxation because it's similar to the resting state of the brain. Parents of babies are often advised to make brown noise playlists for their children to help them fall asleep because this frequency is similar to the sounds they hear in their mother's womb.WHAT YOU GET:Our 12 hours brown noise audiobook!1. • Woke Injustice - A Biblical Response to Critical Race Theory - cover

    Woke Injustice - A Biblical...

    Bryan Osborne

Woke Injustice by Bryan Osborne takes a deep dive into the pervasive influence of Critical Race Theory (CRT) and its growing presence in every facet of society, including the church. Far from being a neutral or helpful analytical tool, CRT is a dangerous ideology that seeks to divide and destroy, operating under the guise of social justice and equity. Osborne exposes the true nature of CRT, revealing it as a system designed to undermine biblical truth, disrupt the unity of the church, and reshape society according to a new, unbiblical standard.

Tracing the roots and evolution of CRT, Osborne demonstrates how this ideology has spread far beyond academia, seeping into schools, corporations, media, and even Christian institutions. Through deceptive language and redefined concepts like "whiteness," "privilege," and "racism," CRT advances an agenda that is fundamentally at odds with the gospel. It promotes division and discord, leading to a fractured understanding of identity, justice, and reconciliation within the church.

Osborne's book is both an urgent warning and a practical guide for Christians who seek to stand against the tide of CRT and its destructive influence. By meticulously unpacking the core principles of CRT and comparing them with the truth of Scripture, he provides readers with the knowledge and tools needed to discern and counter this dangerous ideology. The book's thorough analysis of key concepts, such as "white fragility" and "anti-racism," alongside a strong biblical framework, equips believers to engage with the cultural challenges of today without compromising their faith.

Woke Injustice is more than just a critique; it’s a call to action for the church to reaffirm its commitment to the sufficiency of Scripture and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    Slave Breeding - Sex Violence...

    Gregory D. Smithers

For over two centuries, the topic of slave breeding has occupied a controversial place in the master narrative of American history. From nineteenth-century abolitionists to twentieth-century filmmakers and artists, Americans have debated whether slave owners deliberately and coercively manipulated the sexual practices and marital status of enslaved African Americans to reproduce new generations of slaves for profit.

In this bold and provocative book, historian Gregory Smithers investigates how African Americans have narrated, remembered, and represented slave-breeding practices. He argues that while social and economic historians have downplayed the significance of slave breeding, African Americans have refused to forget the violence and sexual coercion associated with the plantation South. By placing African American histories and memories of slave breeding within the larger context of America's history of racial and gender discrimination, Smithers sheds much-needed light on African American collective memory, racialized perceptions of fragile black families, and the long history of racially motivated violence against men, women, and children of color.
