Sinossi

One day Tisha suddenly woke up surprisingly. The time was 3 in the morning. Suddenly Taru noticed a strange green light coming out of his cupboard. No, it's not a normal green light. It's like a different kind of green. In the presence of this light, the light of the table lamppost could not be lit. Whenever you go to check, everything goes back to normal. The next day Tisha discusses the matter with her friends. Tishara's friends are Taru, Trina, Taimur, Sabbir and Salma. In their discussion, if the light is seen again that night, it has been said that Tisha should call Trina that night. That night, Tisha presses a chair against the cupboard door so that nothing comes out of the cupboard. But in the middle of the night, Tisha sees the green light again through the cupboard, and he hears a knock on the door. Tisha quickly calls Trina and says everything. Trina said that she was coming quickly on a bicycle. But when Trina saw the door of the cupboard open and a chair lying upside down in front of her, someone pushed her out of the cupboard. Everything else seems normal. Unusually, I can't find Tisha anywhere and the chair lying on her back. The next day, Tisha's friends suspect that something might have gone out of the door and disappeared with Tisha. Did any unusual object or animal come and take Tisha? Can Tisha's friend find her?

Broken into beautiful. A story of friendship and healing. After breaking a neighbor’s window, a young child discovers friendship, transformation, and new beginnings in an unlikely story of peace. Gentle and moving, this poetic tale offers readers a hopeful path in the face of gun violence and despair, showing kids how peacemaking can turn conflict into friendship and new beginnings—and forge guns into garden tools. Children grow up with lockdowns and gun violence as part of their reality. As parents, caregivers, and educators, how should we respond? Sparking Peace provides a springboard for those seeking to discuss gun violence and trauma with children in a safe way that highlights help rather than harm. This picture book helps children learn about conflict while also carefully addressing gun violence and peacemaking. It includes resources that equip parents and educators to talk about gun violence and trauma, using a story of a broken window to show kids how conflict can be transformed through acts of peace. Suggested reading for ages 5–9.
