Summary

No man is free from speaking foolish things; but the worst on't is, when a man labours to play the fool:
"Nae iste magno conatu magnas nugas dixerit."

["Truly he, with a great effort will shortly say a mighty trifle."—-Terence, Heaut., act iii., s. 4.]
This does not concern me; mine slip from me with as little care as they are of little value, and 'tis the better for them. I would presently part with them for what they are worth, and neither buy nor sell them, but as they weigh. I speak on paper, as I do to the first person I meet; and that this is true, observe what follows.

During World War II, Irena Sendler, a Polish Catholic social worker, organized a rescue network of fellow social workers to save 2,500 Jewish children from certain death in the Warsaw ghetto. Incredibly, after the war her heroism, like that of many others, was suppressed by communist Poland and remained virtually unknown for sixty years.Unknown, that is, until three high school girls from an economically depressed, rural school district in southeast Kansas stumbled upon a tantalizing reference to Sendler's rescues, which they fashioned into a history project, a play they called Life in a Jar. Their innocent drama was first seen in Kansas, then the Midwest, then New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, and finally Poland, where they elevated Irena Sendler to a national hero, championing her legacy of tolerance and respect for all people.Life in a Jar: The Irena Sendler Project is a Holocaust history and more. It is the inspirational story of Protestant students from Kansas, each called in her own complex way to the history of a Catholic woman who knocked on Jewish doors in the Warsaw ghetto and, in Sendler's own words, "tried to talk the mothers out of their children."

The author distilled the essence of personal hardships, self-introspection, and suppression so explicitly relatable to every reader.
This self-help memoir and guide will empower you with the 10 laws to self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-introspection involving critical thinking even under the most suppressed circumstances and thoughts - the golden keys to fast-forward thinking, upward change and positive manifestation in your life.
Nathen Mazri has become like a prisoner for injustice, like a soldier fighting for his life, and like a survivor thriving out of suppression for his freedom. All Nathen wanted was to feel loved, nurtured, larger than life, and never left alone – the basic human conditions. What does it even mean?
Destiny is all-knowing, all-mysterious, and all-giving putting Nathen’s desire to succeed and transform against all odds into test as a thinking species rather than a feeling species.
What he thought he wanted wasn’t what he needed! Little did he know, Nathen was destined to
lead a new forthcoming purpose and movement called, Arabiolosis, which is relatable to
    human beings worldwide.
Once in a lifetime, everyone will experience some form of suppression, the act to stop yourself or
someone from living – thinking & feeling, which must be defeated for real positive change in your
    life, fast.
nathen’s fast-forward self-reflection, insights, and grasp to the unedited truth says it as it is – boldly, honestly, and sarcastically.

In Black Music, he sheds light on the brilliant young jazz musicians of the day: John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Ornette Coleman, Cecil Taylor, Archie Shepp, Sun Ra, and others.   Combining firsthand immediacy with wide-ranging erudition, Black Music articulates the complexities of modern jazz while also sharing insights on the nature of jazz criticism, the creative process, and the development of a new way forward for black artists. This rich and vital collection is comprised of essays, reviews, interviews, liner notes, musical analyses, and personal impressions from 1959–1967.   “In Black Music, Baraka wrote with ecstasy—highly informed and intricate—about ecstatically complex music.”—Richard Brody, The New Yorker
