Reh explains what sexual violence means to a survivor and how friends and family can learn how to help and interact in a healthy way. He talks about drug abuse and addiction and how the internet, the darknet and social media changed our behaviour specifically regarding sexual violence. 
He describes a way out of shame and Isolation, a healing catharsis.
