  Nearly three decades after the dawn of democracy, South Africa has remained a country of 'two agricultures'. On the one hand we have a subsistence, primarily non-commercial, black farming segment. On the other hand, however, we have a predominantly commercial and white farming sector that is well-resourced and has access to domestic and international trade networks.
  These disparities can be traced back to South Africa's painful history where, for decades, black farmers were on the margins of government support and also experienced land dispossession and livestock plunder.
  A Country of Two Agricultures focuses less on history and more on the present and the future, explaining why these disparities have persisted in the democratic era, and what it will take to overcome them. It aims to contribute to a better understanding of the variety of agricultural forces, taking into account both questions of domestic political economy and external factors, as well as to bring to light new risks and opportunities.
  Wandile Sihlobo offers insights into the role of agriculture in the South African economy from an agricultural economy perspective, and provides political economy insights that are rooted in the experiences of farming communities on the ground and right through the value chain.
  Beyond insights on the realities this book offers the government, the private sector, and anyone interested in the betterment of the South African economy, tools to grapple with this duality, and proposes a framework for bolstering the black farming segment for growth and competitiveness – and ultimately food security.

  Two Tactics of Social Democracy in the Democratic Revolution is one of the most important of Lenin's early writings. It was written in June and July 1905, while the Russian Revolution of 1905 was taking place. Lenin's preface poses these questions: "in educating and organizing the working class;...where should we place the main political emphasis in this work of education and organization? On the trade unions and legally existing associations, or on an insurrection, on the work of creating a revolutionary army and a revolutionary government?"The history of social democracy stretches back to the 19th-century socialist movement. It came to advocate an evolutionary and peaceful transition from capitalism to socialism, using established political processes, in contrast to the revolutionary socialist approach to transition associated with orthodox Marxism. In the early post-war era in Western Europe, social democratic parties rejected the Stalinist political and economic model then-current in the Soviet Union, committing themselves either to an alternative path to socialism or to a compromise between capitalism and socialism. In this period, social democrats embraced a mixed economy based on the predominance of private property, with only a minority of essential utilities and public services under public ownership.   former mass produced and used small arm the - Kalashnikov rifle. 
  The similarities of the AK and Drones, for widespread use are their cheapness to build relative to their 
  use - cost benefit. Their individual strike and their reliability, and their 
  effectiveness. 
  In all its guises, it represents a new era in remote 'close contact'. 
  The Drone itself being sent from a remote location and controlled at a remote location, 
  but the target being an individual, small group or military vehicle like the Tank. 
  Drones are fast becoming the choice of weapon in the modern age for battlefield contact.

However, the reality is that mind control is a genuine phenomenon, and understanding it is crucial for protecting ourselves against it. This subject has been explored since ancient times, and it is not a recent development. 
    
  Controlled societies have existed for centuries, with modern mind control techniques emerging from World War II research. Many experiments conducted during this era remain obscure unless one studies the topic closely. The government is not keen on discussing these practices openly, similar to the covert operations historically conducted by the CIA. 
    
  There are two primary methods of mind control: one based on psychological trauma and the other on physical trauma. The psychological approach involves subjecting the individual to severe emotional and physical trauma. The aim is to break down the mind and reshape the personality to perform specific functions desired by the controller. In this process, the victim is often unaware of the changes occurring in their mind and personality.
