Summary

*Sometimes the people you admire most have the most to hide…* 
Loyal, lovable, (sometimes goofy) Steve is delighted to hear that reputed hero Harry Jenkins will be paying his school a visit. However, his competent but strong-willed friend Alex is not so thrilled. After Alex *mysteriously seems to run away from the town*, Steve decides to pursue her to find out what is the matter. He can barely contain his excitement when Harry “the Hero” Jenkins agrees to join him on his quest to find Alex! 
That is, until he finds out Harry Jenkins isn't the hero he is cracked up to be. Steve and Harry trek through forests and mountains in their pursuit of Alex, when they finally catch a lead – it seems she has traveled deep into the mountains. The only thing left to do is to follow in her footsteps and find her, or at least that is what Steve thinks… 
What is waiting on the other side of the mountain for Steve? Will he be able to find Alex and return safely? What is Harry Jenkins hiding underneath his hero facade? Only time will tell when you read
