The processing logic is continuous and can be programmed to perform only the necessary operations, characteristics that equate it to a PLC even if designed for teaching and study purposes, in particular of Boolean algebra. The processing unit responsible for processing the calculations is based on an electronic architecture installed on a CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) integrated circuit, given the flexibility of use of the latter.
