With so many benefits in a spoonful of seeds, adding them to your diet shouldn’t be a question at all. As with any food, seeds can cause adverse reactions. Use the information in this book to understand what could happen, and always talk to a medical professional if you are uncertain about whether adding seeds to your diet is right for you. Introducing any new food to your body takes time, so don’t rush into eating a bunch of seeds on day one. This will only cause digestive discomfort and might put you off using seeds in the future.
