Sinopsis

Annual Planning provides a comprehensive system for designing a fulfilling year by integrating personal aspirations with professional achievements. It emphasizes the importance of strategic yearly planning to align daily tasks with overarching goals, boosting efficiency and minimizing wasted effort. Holistic life integration is also key, recognizing that personal well-being fuels professional success, and vice versa. The book argues that a well-defined annual plan significantly increases the likelihood of achieving long-term success and overall life satisfaction, empowering individuals to take control and proactively craft their destiny.

The book begins by introducing long-term visioning, goal setting, and milestone identification. It progresses through sections covering professional development, personal growth, and the integration of both, emphasizing work-life balance. Unlike resources focusing solely on career advancement or personal development, Annual Planning uniquely connects these domains, using a conversational writing style to make complex concepts accessible. It offers practical tools and templates to create personalized annual plans, ensuring readers can apply the concepts learned and achieve measurable results.

Mental reprogramming is supported by the science of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new neural connections throughout life. Repeated thoughts and behaviors can reshape these pathways, helping you reprogram your mind and transform the way you think, feel, and act. This idea is inspired by concepts shared by renowned authors such as Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, and Neville Goddard, aligning modern science with the Law of Attraction and the power of Manifestation.

We’ve created a simple yet powerful method that combines mindfulness, healing affirmations, and creative visualization with carefully selected brainwave tracks—what we call Metaphysical Vibrations and Manifestation Frequencies—to help you raise your standards, strengthen confidence, and build high-performance habits.

This audiobook is divided into five chapters, each built around a specific frequency to support your daily well-being:

Gamma Waves: Sharpen awareness, mental clarity, and presence.
Beta Waves: Promote focus, conscious thinking, and clear intention.
Alpha Waves: Calm the mind into balance, relaxation, and inner harmony.
Theta Waves: Awaken creative flow, deep meditation, and intuitive wisdom.
Delta Waves: Support deep sleep, profound relaxation, and deep restoration.

Have you lost a loved one? Your sadness becomes depression. Your child is a little too lively? He or she may be a danger to society. Do you have a penchant for cake? You have a psychiatric disorder.
The new standard way of thinking about mental health, dictated by the publication of an international guide, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, is authorian and overshadows Therapeutic Listening in favor of the drug treatment—its latest version, the DSM-5, lists more than 350 diseases.
Patrick Landman exposes the abuses of such a takeover—the range of normality is reduced and we all become consumers of psychotropic drugs, and even potential lunatics.

From the close of trading on Tuesday, October 13, 1987, to the close of trading on October 19, 1987, the Dow Jones Industrial Average ("Dow") fell 769 points or 31 percent. On October 19, 1987, alone, the Dow fell by 508 points or 22.6 percent. Since the early 1920's, only the drop of 12.8 percent in the Dow on October 28, 1929 and the fall of 11.7 percent the following day, which together constituted the Crash of 1929, approached the October 19 decline in magnitude. The events of October demonstrated an unusual frailty in the markets. Only 3 percent of the total shares of publicly traded stock in the U.S. changed hands during this period, but it resulted in the loss in stock value of $1 trillion ($2.239 trillion 2019 equivalent). That such a relatively small transaction volume could produce such a large loss in value over such a short time span led to the rapid appointment of the Presidential Commission on Market Mechanisms by Ronald Reagan. The report of the task force, chaired by Treasury Secretary Nicholas Brady and completed in a few months, focused on the individual marketplaces and the interrelationship of existing market mechanisms, including the instruments traded, the strategies employed, regulatory structures, and electronic market information systems. The resulting publication came to be known as "The Brady Report" and it led to significant public policy regulating securities and other financial instruments during a period of broad technological change in society.

Of Small Towns, Big Dreams and Greater Achievements

Growing up in the sleepy towns of Bhilai and Bokaro, Arundhati Bhattacharya never imagined that one day she would go on to chair India's largest bank. It was sheer chance that she came to know of the bank probationary officers' entrance examination through a friend. She applied, was selected and went on to have a glorious banking career spanning four decades.
Indomitable is the story of Arundhati's life as a banker and the challenges she faced in a male-dominated bastion. She takes the reader through her childhood and early education in the 1960s, getting to Kolkata for her college education and then into the State Bank of India(SBI), where she started her career.
The life of a woman banker with a family in a frequently transferrable job isn't easy. In Arundhati's life, too, there were breaking points when she almost thought of quitting her career to balance her personal aspirations with her family's needs. But she didn't give up. Instead, she faced her challenges with humour and positivity and took up every assignment as a new chapter in learning and adapting.
In her role as the chairman of SBI, she steered the bank through some of its worst phases. She inspired confidence in the banking sector when the NPA crises led to a significant public-trust deficit. Under her leadership, SBI metamorphosed into a customer-centric and digitally advanced bank while playing a pivotal role in national development. Some of her human resources initiatives included industry-first practices that were appreciated and later adopted by other banks.
Candid, lucid and humble, Indomitable is a story that will galvanize you to embrace challenges, break barriers, push forward and achieve greater heights.
