The Kama Sutra, or Aphorisms on Love, has survived at least 1400 years as a dominant text on sexual relations between men and women. Vatsyayana claimed to have written the Kama Sutra while a religious student, "in contemplation of the Deity"—but references to older works, shrewd disputations by Vatsyayana of those authors' recommendations, and careful cataloging of practices in various of the Indian states indicate much more emphasis on kama, or sensual gratification. Part of the book discusses the 64 arts of love employed by masters of coitus. Learning each of these and when and how to practice them, Vatsyayana affirms, not only leads to the best gratification, but makes the artist a person of great desirability.

Members of a family named Ager long guarded the site where the crown was buried. When the last surviving member of the family, William Ager, died at the age of 28, the crown was left without a living guardian. Paxton finds out where the crown is buried and digs it up. He soon comes to regret doing so."A Warning to the Curious" first appeared in print in the literary journal London Mercury in August 1925. It was republished later the same year as part of the anthology A Warning to the Curious and Other Ghost Stories. It has previously been adapted for TV in the BBC series A Ghost Story for Christmas.

PREVIEW: In an alternative version of America, a neo-conservative, alt-right type terrorist group took over in a coup -- they shot the President, machine-gunned the Congress, got the army to declare a state of emergency, instituted martial law, suspended the Constitution, and instilled a totalitarian theocracy. Although this group claimed their taking over was only temporary, America became the Republic of Gilead. And because they were able to blame a worldwide fertility crisis (in which babies had a one-in-four chance of being born with deformities that would make them unable to survive outside the womb), the Gileadean regime was able to reverse women
