Sinopsis

Fire with Fire is a tale of two wizards. One is a Baron, a thief and a scoundrel, who has robbed and magically imprisoned the other. But the son of Gi Mulderbish, the other wizard, has found and freed him after eighteen years. Together they journey for months from the desert where the interdimensional prison has dumped them, to the Baron's castle overlooking the city of Gremanos, for a battle of magic. On the way, they encounter folks even stranger than themselves: some, like the beautiful snow elves, willing to help; and others, like the Baron's Black-Guards, who want to do more than just hinder. Join them all in this third humorous fantasy tale in The Chronicles of Crett.

A romance book festival comes to Winterspell, but not everyone is feeling the love.

Small-town journalism isn't exactly a thrill ride. Between PTA meetings and bake sale bulletins, I was drowning in monotony. But when I begged my editor for a juicier assignment, I should've been careful what I wished for.

Enter the Summer Lovin' Book Festival. BOGO deals on paperbacks with a side of beefcake, as five hunky models vie to become the next Captain Riker Bones, the shirtless swashbuckler adorning Grandma Rose's favorite bodice-rippers.

Sure, a little eye candy never hurt anyone, but ten minutes of watching grown women cry over washboard abs has me wishing I'd volunteered to write up the waste management ordinances instead.

But when one of our would-be pirates turns up dead in his hotel room, my puff piece transforms into a full-blown murder mystery. And the plot thickens faster than my family's famous buttercream when a poison-laced cupcake from Sugar Shack is found at the scene.

Now I'm racing against time to catch a killer, clear my family's name, and keep Grandma Rose from sailing into the sunset with one of the wannabe pirates. Someone pass the rum.

A dwarf's duty, a city in turmoil. Can Val forge peace?

Valerie Stonehold's life is about to get complicated.

She thought she had enough on her plate: running a bar, forging magical jewelry, and training for the UFC.

Tensions in the city are rising. Pro-death penalty factions clash with those supporting imprisonment for paranormal criminals, threatening to tear the community apart.

Val finds herself struggling to maintain neutrality while protecting those she loves. A shadowy group plans to unleash chaos by freeing dangerous villains. Val must join forces with the Paranormal Militia Alliance to stop them.

As the stakes rise, she must balance her personal life, her business ambitions, and her duty to protect both humans and paranormals.

Can Val unite a divided city and keep her found family safe? Or will the echoes of conflict shatter everything she's worked so hard to build?
