Sinopsis

"Where Mangoes Fall" unfolds the captivating journey of Ama, a young girl growing up in Paraguay, the heart of South America. 
  
Ama loves the legends of Paraguay and is sure that a mythical pombero saved her on the night a gang took her, tied her wrists, and riled the dogs. Still, when her friend's baby is taken and adults blame her beloved pombero, Ama realizes that she has to find the truth on her own. She seeks the advice of an old blind man, a card reader, and her best friend, Pablo. As she searches for answers, Ama learns that life is like Spiderweb Lace, twisted and beautiful.
