Sinopsis

K.C. Cave crosses all her sexual boundaries in this collection of no-hold-barred erotic short stories and flash fiction—lesbian, MF, MMF, solo sex, bondage and boy-on-boy fun. She’s been told that mixing genres in erotic fiction is a no-no—readers are easily squicked when they come across a sexual flavor they don’t like. Really? Squicked by explicit erotica? If that’s true, you’ve been warned. But if you, like K.C., have an open mind (and body!) about all the shades and variations of explicit erotica, settle in for a good time.

~~~~~  Excerpt  ~~~~~
Mia walked into the hotel ballroom crowded with suits holding drinks. The first day of the National Beverage Supply Association’s annual conference was winding down. She crossed toward the bar, hips swaying ever so slightly. She didn’t recognize a single face, which was the point.
“What an ass.”
“Gawd.”
“I’d do her.”
She got her glass of Chardonnay and sauntered back toward the two guys. They were young, early twenties, maybe fifteen years younger than Mia. Fresh-faced and handsome, they looked out of place in the sea of paunchy, mostly male conferees. The taller one, blond, blushed as she approached. The other guy, darker, met her direct gaze. They’d make a nice couple, Mia thought.
“Hi, I’m”—she looked down at the name tag she had found on the lobby floor two flights down and read upside down—“Donna.” She leaned and looked at the blond guy’s name tag. “Hi, Randy.”
Turning, she read the other tag. “And Mike. Randy and Mike.”
Randy stammered. “I’m really sorry. I didn’t…”
“It’s alright. You didn’t mean for me to hear. And you certainly don’t look like the crude or disrespectful type.”
Mia, in her late thirties, looked ten years younger. Her skirt was just short enough to show off her shapely legs, and her two-inch heels made her round bottom that much rounder. A dark blue blazer over a white silk blouse screamed “businesswoman,” but revealed the tops of her small, pert breasts.
“Is this your first conference?”
“We’re trainees. Sales trainees.” It was Randy, still embarrassed.
Mike spoke. “You in sales?”
Mia sipped her wine, her eyes not leaving his. “I’m in giveaways.”
“Hey, that’s advanced stuff,” Mike said. “We’re entry level, so it’s all about last month’s numbers. No free samples.”
“Maybe you could use some tips.” Turning to his friend: “Randy, that’s a nice name. In England, it’s a double entendre. It means, uh, frisky.” Mia straightened his tie, which didn’t need straightening. “Are you randy, Randy?”
He swallowed.
    By " assembling" some of the most fascinating figures in world history, Meeting of Minds provided a groundbreaking opportunity for audiences to be exposed to ideas by way of a medium not normally known for its intellectual vigor. Portrayed by actors, panelists engage in stimulating round-table discussions that were conducted like any other talk show but featured prominent influencers from bygone generations— not just philosophers and politicians, but poets, playwrights, and presidents. From activists and artists to international leaders— both famous and infamous— these conversations are unfailingly witty, thought-provoking, and genuinely entertaining.
    An innovative series, Meeting of Minds remains one of the most delightful ways of gaining historical perspective ever devised, and these original soundtrack recordings capture the intellectual and spirited debates of the episodes hosted by Steve Allen. The panelists featured in this volume are German theologian Martin Luther, French philosopher and writer Voltaire, Greek philosopher Plato, and social reformer and nurse Florence Nightingale.
    Firefights, mortar attacks, and friendly fire were all part of the experiences of an infantryman in the jungles of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. But bugs, leeches, exhaustion, swamps, accidents, snakes, C-rations, digging in, cutting overhead cover, grief, humor, camaraderie, rain, thirst, impressive weapons, useless weapons, care packages, and much, much more filled up most of the infantryman's one-year tour in Vietnam.
    Daily life as an infantryman in Vietnam was a completely foreign experience compared to the lives most young American soldiers knew growing up. The war and the jungle saw to that. Soldiers had to cope and adapt. Almost all did.
    In this book, the author tells many stories of events he personally experienced during his year in Vietnam. Through these stories, he aptly describes the daily life and shared experiences of soldiers in the 4th Infantry Division in the jungles of Vietnam's Central Highlands.
    Anyone who has a personal connection with someone who served as an infantryman in Vietnam or simply has curiosity about infantry life in Vietnam will better understand, after listening to this book, the answer to the question "What was daily life like for them there?"
    An excellent narrative is remembered by everyone. Regardless of the subject matter, good tales stick with us, whether we hear them on the radio, read about them in the newspaper, or watch them unfold on live television. A good story can be pretty compelling when recounted by a great storyteller. Effective storytellers can captivate their audience, guide them in whichever direction they need, and leave listeners/readers with new information to absorb and a value to carry with them.There's an old adage that people who tell stories are the ones who dominate the world. Whether you're pitching an investor, conducting a meeting, or introducing a new initiative, storytelling should be at the heart of everything you do as a team. Even a phone chat with a potential client entails some form of narrative. You may connect with customers, engage with colleagues, and even start a movement by using the power of storytelling.People often believe that learning a lesson through observation is less painful than learning through experience. When we share and embrace our failures, we assist others in overcoming their own challenges. The story can invest a concept with meaning and emotions in a way that plain writing cannot. People are drawn to stories because they can grasp a concrete object. Stories elicit emotions and motivate people to act.Speeches, presentations, workshops, and even board meetings can all benefit from the use of storytelling. Don't forget about it; it's been one of humanity's most valuable abilities since the dawn of communication.
