Sinopsis

Growing up in rural Minnesota wasn't easy for Arturo "AJ" Garcia. Now most of his family are dead, and AJ will stop at nothing until he gets his revenge on the rich white pharma bro who ruined his life. The problem is, though... that rich white guy? He's on a research team that's about to pin down the cure for cancer. For all cancers, forever. Killing him would undoubtedly throw the whole project off the rails… Oh, and there's one more thing: they used to be best friends.
